2.  Peak Extraction

GUI-based application program and source codes written in C-language, for extracting experimental peak profile data from the lattice parameters and extinction rules.


3.  Profile Fitting

ProfSim.sit.hqx for PowerMac

GUI-based application program and source codes written in C-language, for simulating experimental peak profile by calculating convolutions of instrumental functions with symmetric peak functions.
Supported models are:

  1. Convolution of pseudo-Voigt (Thompson, Cox & Hastings model) with Bragg-Brentano instrumental function (Ida & Kimura model).
  2. Convolution of pseudo-Voigt (Thompson, Cox & Hastings model) with SR diffractometer instrumental function (Ida, Hibino & Toraya model)
  3. Convolution of extended-pseudo-Voigt (Ida, Ando & Toraya model) with SR diffractometer instrumental function (Ida, Hibino & Toraya model)
